Our artificial stone production capacity of about 100 million square meters

Artificial stone companies, mostly granite production enterprises, accounts for about 80%, mainly concentrated in Fujian Nan'an, Guangdong Foshan, Zhaoqing and Yunfu City; quartz stone production enterprises accounted for about 20%, mainly concentrated in Guangdong Province. Fujian Nan'an artificial stone Enterprise annual production capacity of about 50 million square meters; Yunfu artificial stone Enterprise annual production capacity of about 11 million square meters; Hezhou artificial stone Enterprise annual production capacity of about 10 million square meters, plans to reach within the next two years 150 million square meters; Henan Neixiang artificial stone Enterprise annual production capacity of 10 million square meters. According to estimates, China's annual production capacity is about man-made stone 100 million square meters. Among them, the artificial quartz stone production capacity of about 6 million square meters.
According to customs statistics, the United States is the largest export market of artificial stone, as of November 2014, with exports amounting to $ 93 million, followed by Thailand $ 34 million; in addition, Brazil, Britain, Singapore, Iran and Malaysia, exports also are more than 10 million US dollars. Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Xiamen and Shanghai is the largest export of artificial stone 4 Customs District, which, Guangdong accounted for more than 70% of man-made stone export share.
Research report also pointed out that the vast majority of our country artificial stone production equipment is lagging behind, a considerable number of product quality is not high, blindly rely on low prices to seize the market, but there are a small number of enterprise product quality at or close to international standards, and in the international market place. Overall, the artificial stone production enterprises with product development capabilities of enterprises very few, most enterprises do not have the product development capability, lack of professional scientific and technical personnel, employees generally are not high quality.
